Deana Johnson
A native Southern California girl, born and raised in the Inland Empire, Deana has been a performer and dedicated instructor for over a decade. She has been surrounded by performing arts her whole life. A classically trained pianist since the young age of 4, she soon began her training in fitness and dance. She began teaching music and dance to children when she turned 16, and started her career in fitness at the age of 19. Over the years she trained in various styles, Brazilian Zouk, Bachata, Salsa, Country, Ballroom, Rhythm, Latin hustle, Hip Hop, Regatone, Jazz and other styles. Her love for dance has lead her to perform in multiple festivals, Compete, lead teams, and teach both group and private lessons.
Deana is a teacher by nature and loves to help others find their talents and excel at their dreams. Her background as a trained musician she gives her students an extra element of expertise that helps them develop their skills and versatility in all dance styles. She finds fun in all she does, if you are looking for a supportive, fun approach to dance while still focused on
excellence then Deana is the teacher you are looking for. From personal experience she finds a light hearted approach helps her students excel and reach their dreams rather than an approach that will make the student feel over burdened. She also enjoys the creativity and speciality of wedding couples. She loves to help others create special moments, and making the journey a beautiful memory.
