Taught by a diverse group of accomplished instructors, from World Champs to Hollywood Film Choreographers, we help you master essential elements that will benefit you at every stage of your dancing. Our amazing, one-of-a-kind instructors guide our students through an inspiring, 45-minute, rhythmic dance experience that is designed to benefit the body, mind and soul.
Each class is taught in a state-of-the-art ballroom setting and choreographed to beautiful music. Our class system has been created to help make you a better dancer with classes scheduled back-to-back-to-back that build off of each other to maximize your efforts and the class experience.
Latin Hustle
The Latin Hustle is a unique, partner dance that’s a combination of Latin and Salsa moves danced to music mixed with a House beat. It’s one of our specialties. This energetic style combines elements of Mambo and Salsa dancing and is set to a House beat. This unique fusion makes it perfect for beginners and seasoned pros alike.
Salsa
The Salsa dance originated in New York City in the 1970s with strong Latin American influences (Cuba and Puerto Rico). It is a lively, sensual dance that incorporates traditional, basic steps that makes it easy for beginners to learn, hone and master.
Cardio Cha Cha
Originating from Cuba, the Cha Cha is a high-energy, sassy, constantly moving dance with a triple step. Not only will its foundation add to other Latin dances, Cha Cha’s fast rhythm makes it a great cardio class to burn some serious calories and get your sweat-dripping workout on.
Ballroom
We cover a mix of styles each month from Foxtrot to Waltz to Tango and everything in between. All classes are taught by certified, current members of the National Dance Council of America (NDCA), Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, Inc. (ISTD), and Dance Vision International Dancers Association (DVIDA).
Ladies Styling
Elevate your performance and master the fundamentals of posture, balance, technique, coordination, and body isolations. Styling classes add more flavor and attitude to basic Latin dance movements and to simply reflect your personality. You’ll learn arms styling, body movement, footwork, and attitude.
American Rhythm
American Rhythm refers to a category of dances in American Style Ballroom competitions. Dance styles included in this category are the Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Bolero, and Mambo.
West Coast Swing
West Coast Swing is a partner dance with roots in the Lindy Hop. It is known for its elastic look that results from its extension-compression technique of partner connection. This style is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor. All classes are taught by certified, current members of the National Dance Council of America (NDCA).
Argentine Tango
A social dance originating from Buenos Aires. It is a rhythmic dance using varied time signatures. All classes are taught by certified, current members of the National Dance Council of America (NDCA), Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, Inc. (ISTD), and Dance Vision International Dancers Association (DVIDA).
Bachata
Bachata is a style of social dance from the Dominican Republic which is now danced and celebrated all over the world. It is connected with bachata music, which has a signature rhythm.
